Job summary

Vishish Duluth is seeking an Operator 1 to build electronic components through winding, soldering, crimping, masking, encapsulating, measuring and coating applications at the Duluth, MN facility.

You will document test results, procedures and materials; partner with team members to improve efficiencies and quality; and set up equipment such as winders, mold presses, ovens and test devices in a safe, compliant environment.

Responsibilities

• Build electronic components by performing winding, soldering, crimping, masking, encapsulating, measuring and applying coatings.
• Documentation of test results, procedures, and materials.
• Partner with various members of the business to improve efficiencies and quality of products.
• Perform assigned tasks as required and work with responsible employee or supervisor on the dysfunctionality.
• Set up and operate equipment (winders, mold press, ovens, test equipment) as well as obeying all work rules and EHS regulations.

Job Location :

This position will be on-site at the Duluth, MN facility, near Airpark blvd and Haines Road.

What you will be doing:

• Build electronic components by performing winding, soldering, crimping, masking, encapsulating, measuring and applying needed coatings. This does involve mechanical and electrical assembly of products, testing parts, subassemblies and finished goods.
• Documentation of test results, procedures, and materials.
• Partner with various members of the business to improve efficiencies and quality of products.
• Perform assigned tasks as required and work with responsible employee or supervisor on the dysfunctionality.
• Set up and operate equipment (winders, mold press, ovens, test equipment) as well as obeying all work rules and EHS regulations as valid for the work task(s) assigned.

Work hours :

Monday-Friday, 7AM-3:30PM

Pay :

$21/hr starting pay but may be higher depending on previous applicable experience.
