Job summary

Dal-Tile Corp. is seeking a Production Operator to operate production equipment, monitor parameters, inspect products for conformance, record data, and decide when to adjust the process or contact supervision for guidance.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 1 year of manufacturing experience is preferred. The position is on site with a rotating 2-2-3 schedule and shift hours from 6:45 PM to 7:00 AM.

• 1 year Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates production equipment according to standard operating procedures.
• May function as a sorter, box assembler, or relief operator for kiln or sorting equipment.
• Conducts tests or inspections as required on the control plan and according to test methods.
• Performs additional job tasks as documented in the job task check sheet.
• May stop production equipment when a safety, quality, or mechanical problem prevents equipment use or conformance to product requirements.
• Follows ISO operating procedures and maintains quality checks as specified.
• Monitors equipment or processes and reports problems to supervisor.
• Keeps area safe, clean, and organized.
• Performs other related duties as required.

• $20.31 - $21.31/hr.

SHIFT HOURS:

• 6:45 PM - 7 AM.

SCHEDULE:

• 2-2-3 (Rotating Weekends).
