Job summary

ELANTAS North America, LLC is seeking a manufacturing operator to produce defect-free products safely and efficiently. The role requires maintaining safety and environmental procedures, reporting unsafe conditions, and operating coating, metallizing, slitting and finishing equipment.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field, and professional qualifications like CPA/ACCA, with strong English communication skills. Proficiency in SAP ERP is preferred.

Qualifications

• CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification required.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, clean and orderly work environment.
• Identify and report unsafe conditions and correct them if possible.
• Operate Coating, Metallizing, Slitting and Finishing equipment.
• Manufacture product to specification following construction cards; troubleshoot quality issues and machine breakdowns.
• Follow ERP instructions to ensure safe, quality, and efficient output.

Correct unsafe conditions if possible.Maintain competency in the operation of Coating, Metallizing, Slitting and Finishing production equipmentManufacture product to specification by following construction cards; troubleshoot quality non-conformances and machine breakdowns or failures as needed and in accordance with training and work instructionsFollow departmental work instructions and procedures to ensure safe, quality, and efficient outputFollow production schedule, perform transactions in ERP system and label goods in accordance with work instructions. Must be able to perform all required tasks in the ERP system (SAP)Effectively communicate production status to incoming shift to ensure production continuance
