Job summary

Sotera Health is seeking a Sterilization Operator at its Sterigenics facility in the United States. The role involves monitoring sterilization systems, observing gauges, turning valves, and recording readings. Candidates must read, write, and speak fluent English, lift up to 50 pounds, and have forklift experience.

This position supports plant safety and requires readiness for assigned shifts. Experience in a sterilization environment is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the system including observing pressure, temperature and relative humidity on charts or computer monitors.
• Turn valves and adjust controls to ensure safe operation of equipment.
• Document and record process readings and report issues to supervisors.
• Perform daily/weekly equipment preventative maintenance tasks as required.
• Assist with other tasks as assigned by Supervisor.
