Job summary

Revolution is seeking multiple Line Operators for our Oakdale, MN facility. This entry-level role includes training and a night shift premium, with opportunities to learn packaging and indexing processes on production lines.

You will perform 12-hour rotating shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and follow OSHA safety standards while helping maintain production quality and productivity. Comprehensive benefits are offered, including health insurance, a retirement plan, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Basic reading and writing skills are required.
• Minimum one year of experience in an industrial environment preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8–12 hours.

Responsibilities

• Package rolls and index between cores or operate indexing machine.
• Package products according to specifications and standards.
• Watch for splices and changes and observe rolls.
• Coordinate with fellow packers to keep lines running smoothly.
• Ensure correct counts and supplies per job specs.
• Notify lead or supervisor of defects and issues.

• Package rolls after indexing them from one core to another or maintain a machine that indexes the rolls automatically.
• Package all products according to customer specifications and the company's production standards.
• Be able to pack rolls, and observe rolls for splices and changes.
• Work with other packers to keep production lines running.
• Ensure correct counts, rolls of film, and supplies according to job specifications.
• Notify your lead or supervisor of production defects as they occur.
• Assist lead or supervisor in changeovers or putting up production line.
• Follow quality specifications when packing product.
• Maintain a safe and clean workplace.
• Sustain productivity and quality standards.
• Follow all OSHA requirements and standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts that require every other weekend availability.
• Essential reading and writing skills are required.
• Minimum one year of experience in an industrial environment preferred.
• Experience with automated manufacturing equipment preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Must be able to stand 8-12 hours during a shift.

The salary for this position range starts at $19/HR.
