Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor anodizing line equipment, including setup, adjustments, and shutdown
Perform regular quality checks and inspections to ensure product meets specifications
Conduct basic chemical titrations and interpret process data (e.g., pH, concentrations) to maintain line stability
Assist with preventative maintenance, line cleanups, and changeovers
Follow standardized work instructions and adhere to all safety protocols and PPE requirements
Collaborate with team members to ensure continuous product flow and equipment uptime
Accurately complete production and quality documentation in a timely manner
Communicate effectively with other shifts, supervisors, and support departments
Take ownership of housekeeping and maintain a clean, organized work area
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required
Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
