Job summary

Holder Construction is seeking an Operator to join its Operations team in Conesville, OH. This is a full-time position with a focus on safe, efficient materials handling and site support.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of operator experience, OSHA 10 or higher, forklift and fall protection training, and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs. Candidates must be physically strong, able to work outdoors, and committed to safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1 year of operator experience with required certifications.
• OSHA 10 at minimum; OSHA 30 preferred.
• Forklift and fall protection training completed.
• Able to lift 50–100 lbs. and work on uneven surfaces.
• Read/write, stand/walk long periods, and work outdoors.

About the Role

We are looking for an Operator to join our Operations team in Conesville, OH This is a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

• Moving materials in a safe and orderly way using equipment.
• Also perform other duties and tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Required:

• Ideal candidate for this position will possess 1 year of experience with operator certifications.
• Individuals must possess an understanding of safety and general constructability knowledge, able to work side by side with the team when necessary and demonstrate ownership of assigned tasks, maintain professionalism, OSHA 10 training at minimum/30 preferred, forklift (all kinds) and fall protection trained, mobile elevated work platform trained (boom and scissor).
• Experience with operating a skid steer and water truck is a huge plus.
• Must be agile/mobile, remain alert, be able to stand or walk for long periods of time, use fingers, hands & arms to reach, handle and manipulate objects, climb up/down ladders, scaffolds, and other objects.
• Work on uneven surfaces/heights, be able to read/write, and can see & hear well either naturally or with correction.
• Must be able to lift and carry materials of all shapes and sizes weighing 50-100 lbs., 75% of the time.

Preferred:

• Individuals must work in an OSHA compliant safety environment.
• Must be able to work outside
• Must be able to work overtime and weekend hours.
• Punctuality and promptness are required every day.
