Nelson Global Products Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a dependable operator to set up and run paint line processes, tube bending machines, presses, lasers and robot operations to produce finished parts.

You will perform various station tasks, operate multiple machines, and use hand and power tools to support production. In this role you will follow procedures, maintain 5S standards, complete required paperwork, and participate in continuous improvement efforts while contributing to a safe,

Formación

• Experience setting up and running Paint Line Processes.
• Familiar with tube bending machines and presses.
• Ability to read and follow written procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Daily operation of tube bending equipment, press, lasers or robot operations.
• Operate assigned machines to produce finished product in a final assembly.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools and other special equipment within department.
• Cleanings and inspecting of all parts.
• Complete proper paperwork per station.
• Keep work area safe and clean (5S- Sort, Straighten, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).
• Utilize the common approach to continuous improvement.
• Other jobs as assigned.

Setting up and running a variety of Paint Line Processes, Tube Bending Machines, Presses and ancillary operations.

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Daily operation of tube bending equipment, press, lasers or robot operations
• The ability to perform all the following processes:
  • Paint Line
  • Cutstamp
  • Deburr machine
  • Saws- Eisele Sale and Band Saws
  • Sizer
  • Flat Bar
  • Upright Presses
  • Slotters
• Operate assigned machines to produce finished product in a final assembly
• Utilize hand tools, power tools and other special equipment within department
• Cleanings and inspecting of all parts
• Complete proper paperwork per station
• Keep work area safe and clean (5S- Sort, Straighten, Shine, Standardize, Sustain)
• Utilize the common approach to continuous improvement
• Other jobs as assigned.
