NORY in New York is seeking an Operations & Warehouse Coordinator to lead critical warehouse and materials operations across sites. You’ll own inventory systems, coordinate logistics, and supervise the maker and warehouse team to ensure smooth, scalable workflows.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 20+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and inventory tracking.
• Build and maintain inventory systems for accuracy and accessibility.
• Lead preparation of enrichment materials across programs.
• Own the full logistics cycle from ordering to campsite setup.
• Manage and support the warehouse team and promote accountability.
• Create and refine workflows and scalable processes.
• Coordinate materials and logistics with program timelines.
