Job summary

Amsted Rail Petersburg seeks a training leader to design, deliver, and continuously improve onboarding and qualification programs for new and existing teammates on the shop floor.

You’ll coordinate trainers, conduct orientation, and perform qualification assessments using JQS files to validate skills and maintain training records, learning plans, and e-learning activity with Beekeeper/MES systems.
