The Operations Trainer is responsible for training, coaching, and supporting employees in Operations. This role ensures that team members follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), meet quality and safety standards, and are equipped with the skills required to perform their tasks efficiently and accurately. The Operations Trainer works closely with Operations/Logistics, Quality, and Team Leads, to onboard new employees, upskill existing staff, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Physical Demands: Able to stand or sit for long periods of time. Able to lift 25 pounds by self or 50+ pounds with a team lift. (i.e. sitting, standing, lifting, bending, reaching, etc)
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: Full-time position. The standard schedule is Monday-Friday during regular business hours, with occasional overtime, as needed. Based on operational needs, this role may be required to flex start and end times to provide training across multiple shifts.

Pay Transparency Notice: Depending on your work location, the target hourly rate for this position can range from $24.00 to $28.00 an hour. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Compensation for roles at GN depend on a wide array of factors including but not limited to location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
