The Dixon Group in Chestertown, Maryland, is seeking an Operations Trainee for its rotational training program. You will work across manufacturing, distribution, and customer service, gaining hands-on experience and contributing to process improvements.

Qualifications

Operations Trainee

Location: 1 Dixon Square, Chestertown, MD 21620
Shift Hours: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday
Pay Range: $40-$65k per year

As an Operations Trainee, you will gain the skills and knowledge needed to become a successful team member within our organization. As part of this rotational training program, candidates must be willing to work in all areas of the business, including manufacturing, distribution, and customer service.
