Overview

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Operational Technology/Systems Administrator to manage and support automation systems across multiple manufacturing plants and distribution centers. This role requires strong expertise in ERP and WMS platforms, as well as a deep understanding of industrial automation technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain automation systems (PLCs, SCADA, DCS, MES) across facilities.
• Integrate and support ERP and WMS systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics).
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation, ERP, and WMS platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and efficiency.
• Plan and implement system upgrades and enhancements.
• Create and maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures.
• Train and support end-users on relevant systems and tools.
• Monitor system performance and conduct regular audits for compliance and optimization.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Participate in the planning and execution of system-related projects.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a systems administrator in manufacturing or distribution environments.
• Strong knowledge of automation systems and industrial control technologies.
• Proficiency with ERP and WMS platforms.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, CAP) are desirable.
• Willingness to travel to various plant locations as needed.
