Qualifications

• Must be willing and able to work outside year-round in varying weather conditions.
• Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts including nights, weekends and some holidays.
• Capable of climbing (scaffolds, towers, vessels), lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in confined spaces.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate plant process equipment to maximize unit reliability and quality production.
• Document operating parameters and maintain communication across departments.
• Perform minor maintenance and log SAP work notifications.
• Promote safety and environmental compliance and lead safety initiatives.
