Responsibilities

• Performs troubleshooting, system testing, take corrective actions, and produces required documentation.
• Analyses possible solutions using standard procedures and documents work and asset tracking.
• Performs advanced to expert level installation, maintenance and repair of telecom/IT equipment and software.
• Focuses on advancing competency across multiple Telecom and IT technologies.
• Manages small to intermediate level field projects and adjusts resources as required.

Provide cross-training to others when required or as needed.Analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures.Perform advanced to expert level installation, maintenance and repair of various telecommunications/IT related equipment and software. Perform advanced level troubleshooting and system testing, and produce required documentation.Focus on learning and advancing present levels of competency in multiple Telecom and IT technologies.Manage small/intermediate level field projects.
