Job summary

Williams is seeking an operations technician at our Mountain Home, Idaho facility to safely maintain equipment and support pipeline operations. You will read drawings, inspect equipment, analyze data, and ensure compliance with safety and governmental standards while documenting activities and metrics.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma/GED with 3+ years in operations; an Associates degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 3+ years experience as an operations technician or similar role.
• Associates or 2-year technical degree preferred with 2+ years of multifaceted operations technician experience in oil and gas.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret drawings, inspect and oversee equipment in pipeline operations.
• Analyze data and collaborate to solve technical/operational problems.
• Maintain records of process operations and preventative maintenance.
• Adhere to safety and governmental requirements.
• Complete reports and logs; travel between Williams locations as needed.
