Job summary

Williams is seeking an Operations Technician I/II/III to read and interpret drawings, support pipeline operations, and safely maintain facility equipment while analyzing data to resolve technical and operational problems. You will ensure compliance with permits and safety procedures, keep accurate records, and collaborate with teammates to improve operational efficiency across sites.

The role requires adaptability to shift work and travel between Williams locations as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3+ years as an operations technician or similar.
• Associate degree preferred; 2-year technical degree and 2+ years in oil & gas operations preferred.
• Open to diverse backgrounds and growth potential.

Responsibilities

• Safely maintain equipment and support pipeline operations, reading/interpreting drawings.
• Analyze data and collaborate to resolve technical or operational problems.
• Follow company policies and apply operating/maintenance procedures.
• Adhere to safety requirements protecting community, personnel, environment and assets.
• Maintain logs and records of process operations and preventative maintenance.
• May travel between Williams locations and work after hours as needed.
