Job summary

Orchid Orthopedic Solutions in California is seeking a Deburr Tech to work on orthopedic parts used in medical devices. You will use a microscope and small knives to remove burrs from screws and other small components.

You will measure with calipers, gauges, and comparators to ensure dimensional accuracy, follow safety procedures, keep the work area organized, and report any equipment issues to your supervisor.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required or preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing and with microscopes is advantageous.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work with small parts.

SHIFT

SNA - Shift 2 (10%) (United States of America - California)

PAY RATE

$16.88 - $20.00 per hour depending on previous experience + 10% premium added to base hourly rate for all hours worked on 2nd shift.

• Use a microscope and small knives/hand tools to remove burrs (rough edges, curls, or ridges caused by machining) from small parts like screws.
• Use measuring tools (calipers, gauges, comparators) to check for dimensional accuracy.
• Follow all safety and work procedures carefully.
• Keep your work area clean and organized.
• Report equipment or material issues to your supervisor or lead.
