Impact Guard in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking an Operations Technician to run all workstation equipment and support production processes. The role requires operating and monitoring multiple machines, setting up runs per work orders, and coordinating with other shifts to maintain continuous production.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial/manufacturing or plastics processing preferred.
• Standing and walking for extended periods, wearing protective gear.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Understand and operate various machines in the facility.
• Follow procedures for proper startup and shutdown of equipment.
• Verify all equipment and tooling are in proper location and operational at the start and end of each shift.
• Adjust operational parameters to achieve production and quality requirements.
• Set up various production runs according to work order specifications.
• Coordinate shift changes with other shifts to ensure seamless operation of the workstation.
• Comply with safety procedures and personal protective equipment requirements.
