Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced TV production/operations professional to operate studio, robotic, handheld, and jib cameras, and to perform audio mixing and transmission for live newscasts.

You will prepare the studio, run the teleprompter, set up microphones, collaborate with Directors and Anchors, manage guests, and ensure deadlines are met in a high-pressure newsroom.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years TV production and operations experience in a similar size market or comparable operation to those at KCNC.
• Live television or similar broadcast experience.
• Ability to work well with others in stressful environments and circumstances.
• Ability to work under pressure and on a deadline.
• Ability to stand for several hours at a time, sit, lift 25 lbs. and climb ladders.
• Valid driver''s license.
