The Operations Technical Support Associate executes foundational operational workflows across the policy lifecycle within Applied EPIC. This role supports the Service organization by processing new business, renewals, endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, certificates, carrier document intake, and billing transactions foraccounts within defined revenue bands.
Working in a high-volume, detail-driven environment, the Operations Technical Support Associate ensures data integrity and consistent workflow execution while partnering closely with Service teams under established standards.
Operation Technical Support Associate may include individuals new to commercial insurance as well as experienced insurance professionals who are new to the Operations (OTech) function and workflow standards. The role focuses on developing proficiency in EPIC data integrity, documentation standards, billing fundamentals, and structured workflow execution.
Performance in this role is measured by accuracy (quality of work), production tracker, adherence to turnaround Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and achievement of volume goals within revenue bands.
