Job summary

RichSmith Management is seeking an Operations Systems Specialist to support the corporate office and on-site communities by managing business systems and improving workflows.

You will be the go-to resource for operational technology, with responsibilities including Microsoft 365 administration, SharePoint, Power Automate, and RealPage/OneSite support, plus intranet and website administration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in operations support, business systems, or related field.
• Advanced Microsoft 365 administration including SharePoint, Teams, Forms, and Power Automate.
• Experience creating workflows, sites, and process automation.
• Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
• Detail-oriented with focus on operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Microsoft 365 expert, supporting SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate, and Forms.
• Develop and maintain SharePoint sites and collaboration tools.
• Create and manage Power Automate workflows to streamline processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve operations through technology.
• Provide RealPage/OneSite support and training company-wide.
• Administer website and employee intranet; manage teams channels and file organization.
• Collaborate with directors and managers to implement tech solutions.
• Support executive leadership with reporting and system implementations.
• Assist with property training platform and front desk coverage as needed.
