Job summary

Gateway Services Kailua, on Oahu, is seeking an Operational Team Member to support pet aftercare operations at our care center. You'll operate cremation equipment, process and package remains, and create memorial keepsakes, while ensuring accuracy and respect in every order.

No prior experience required; full-time schedule Monday–Friday 7:00am–3:30pm with rotating Saturdays; training provided. You’ll work with a supportive team, maintain a safe work environment, and help veterinary partners and

• Operate cremation equipment following established procedures.
• Process and package cremated remains with accuracy and care.
• Create memorial products such as paw prints and keepsakes.
• Perform quality checks to ensure every order is completed correctly.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment.
• Work with teammates to meet daily production goals.
• Assist with pick-ups/deliveries using a company vehicle.

Job description

Location: Oahu Pet Crematory, LLC-Kailua, HI

Compensation: $22-$25 per hour (DOE)

Schedule: Full-Time; Monday-Fri 7am-3:30pm (rotating Saturdays) 40hrs per week

No previous industry experience is required, we'll provide all the training you need to succeed.
