Gateway Services is seeking an Operational Team Member to handle cremation processes and memorial products with care and precision at our Care Center in Ohio. You will operate cremation equipment, package remains, and create keepsakes alongside a supportive team.

No prior industry experience needed; we provide paid training, competitive hourly pay, and benefits. This on-site role emphasizes safety, quality, and compassionate service to veterinary partners and grieving families.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk and lift throughout shift.
• On-site role within Gateway Care Center.

Responsibilities

• Operate cremation equipment following established procedures.
• Process and package cremated remains with accuracy and care.
• Create memorial products such as paw prints and keepsakes.
• Perform quality checks to ensure every order is completed correctly.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment.
• Work with teammates to meet daily production goals.
