Job summary

Responsibilities include sorting, labeling, inspecting, and packaging per specs; preparing cores for operators; tracking packing orders; maintaining 5S and assisting with basic maintenance; and participating in improvement projects.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED, or 3+ years manufacturing/warehouse experience.
• Basic computer literacy and proficiency with production applications.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and willingness to obtain a Lift Truck Operator License.

You will work closely with machine operators and shift teams to deliver top-quality products safely and efficiently.

Shift & Compensation

• Pay Rate: $22.47/hr plus $2/hr shift differential
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM, Monday - Friday
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM, Monday - Friday

What You Will Be Doing

What We Are Looking For

• Education/Experience: High School Diploma / GED OR 3+ years of relevant manufacturing or warehouse experience.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy (proficiency with production applications).
• **Physical & License Requirements: **Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (300 lbs total weight limit) and willingness to obtain a Lift Truck Operator License.
• Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime as needed.
