Job summary

Gateway Services is seeking an Operations Team Member for a full-time, on-site role in Merced, CA. This hourly position offers hands-on duties in pet aftercare, including cremation processing, packaging, and memorial product creation.

Training is provided, and a strong emphasis is placed on accuracy, safety, and teamwork. The role requires physical stamina, the ability to stand and lift, and a customer-focused mindset to support veterinary partners and pet families.

Responsibilities

Operate cremation equipment following established procedures.

Work with teammates to meet daily production goals.
