Job summary

Gateway Services Inc. is seeking an On-site Operational Team Member to support families during difficult times through compassionate pet aftercare services. No prior industry experience is required, and comprehensive training will be provided to ensure success.

You will operate cremation equipment, process remains with care, and help create memorial products. A supportive team, safety-focused environment, and opportunities for growth accompany this role.

Responsibilities

• Operate cremation equipment following established procedures.
• Process and package cremated remains with accuracy and care.
• Create memorial products such as paw prints and keepsakes.
• Perform quality checks to ensure orders are completed correctly.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment.
• Work with teammates to meet daily production goals.
• Assist with pick-ups/deliveries using a company vehicle when needed.
