Gateway Services is seeking an Operations Team Member in Manchester, CT for a temporary full-time, on-site position. The role starts at $19.00–$22.00 per hour and includes comprehensive training.

The team supports families and veterinary partners by handling cremation processes with care and respect. You will operate cremation equipment, package remains, and produce memorial keepsakes while maintaining safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• No prior industry experience required; training provided.
• On-site role in Manchester, CT with standing, walking and lifting throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate cremation equipment following established procedures.
• Process and package cremated remains with accuracy and care.
• Create memorial products such as paw prints and keepsakes.
• Perform quality checks to ensure orders are completed correctly.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment.
