You might work in an area that handles raw materials, or you could be involved with melting, casting, and rolling.### ### **Maximize Your Free Time**### Our schedules allow you to enjoy plenty of time off! You’ll work a 12-hour shift for 3 or 4 days from 7am to 7pm for four weeks, then swing and work 12-hour shifts 7pm to 7am for 3 or 4 days for another 4 weeks, then swing back to days. (48 hours one week; 36 hours the next.
