Job summary

Gateway Services is seeking an on-site Operations Team Member in Indianola, IA. This full-time, hourly role focuses on cremation operations, packaging, quality checks and teamwork to support veterinary partners and grieving families.

You will operate cremation equipment, maintain a clean work area and meet daily production goals while handling meaningful, hands-on tasks with care and respect. You'll perform quality checks, create memorial items, and collaborate with teammates to hit daily
