Job summary

Club Car LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Quality Engineer in Evans, GA to support Operations quality activities across all manufacturing processes. The role focuses on driving continuous improvement, leading a team of Quality Technicians, and delivering defect reduction through robust root cause analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have a technical engineering degree, ASQ/Six Sigma credentials, and 6+ years in a manufacturing quality role with knowledge of ISO

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technical engineering or equivalent.
• ASQ certification or other preferred.
• Six Sigma certification (Any Level) Preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead product quality improvements to reduce waste and meet goals.
• Coach on structured problem-solving tools (5 Why, 9-Step, A3).
• Implement process improvements for safety, quality, and productivity.
• Manage and lead Manufacturing Quality Technicians.
• Provide countermeasures for root causes to improve quality of product and processes.
• Analyze data to drive continuous improvement activities.
• Facilitate root cause analysis with cross-functional teams.
• Drive quality system compliance with Manufacturing and support groups.
• Achieve Manufacturing Quality KPI goals and initiatives.
• Update Work Instructions and Quality System Procedures.
