Job summary

Xtremesolutions Inc. is seeking a Team Lead to guide a team of Support Associates and serve as a Subject Matter Expert in critical roles. The role frequently liaises with onsite Government Management to ensure smooth operations and compliance.

The candidate will oversee daily workflows, supervise staff, and participate in training for contract personnel, aligning processes with government expectations and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years’ experience or 6 years’ experience managing teams in a business office environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook).
• Progressive supervisory experience managing a team of at least ten (10) FTE.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, assign, delegate, prioritize, and organize workflow duties.

Responsibilities

• Plan and follow established procedures to meet changing processing requirements.
• Provide regular operational feedback, management meetings, status updates, attendance reporting, training records, etc.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate daily activities of mail open, image capture, image review, data entry, cashier services, and quality control.
