Qualifications

• Experience as a people manager or operations lead.
• Able to manage a heavy flow of emails and urgent program issues.
• Proven track record in self-motivation and team assistance.

Responsibilities

• Manage team of Data Collection Driving Operations field resources.
• Assist in identifying knowledge gaps and coaching field surveyors.
• Conduct periodic reviews with teams and Program Managers.
