Job summary

Ingram Content Group in Roseburg, OR is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the Distribution team on the day shift. You will oversee shift operations, allocate resources, monitor performance, and ensure safety and accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, process improvement, payroll input via KRONOS, staff interviewing, training, and collaboration with teams to meet service levels and quality standards.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 3 years’ experience in a fast paced, high-volume warehouse or related industry environment.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• 6 months work experience including walking, standing, lifting/carrying, pushing/pulling, gripping/grasping, bending, squatting/kneeling, twisting/turning, climbing, crawling, reaching above shoulders, typing/keyboard.

Responsibilities

• Identifies, organizes, plans and allocates resources.
• Acquires and analyzes information about shift performance indicators.
• Identifies issues or processes that deviate from standards and takes action.
• Engages associates assigned to the area.
• Escalates problems to the appropriate level when unresolved at this position.
• Maintains payroll records, including daily input in KRONOS.
• Provides input into Operations status reports and uses standard reports.
• Maintains HR related information.
• Interviews and selects associates for hire and/or promotion.
• Ensures all administrative duties are completed on time.
• Trains or oversees training of newly hired associates.
• Oversees process update training of all associates as changes are implemented.
• Analyzes staffing needs and delegates work based on volume.
• Issues progressive counseling up to termination for performance below expectations.

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

What You’ll Need:

Hiring Salary Range:$74,353k-$94,011k.This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. It will be determined by factors including but not limited to: the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geographic location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
