Job summary

Responsibilities

• Execute and coordinate operational activities supporting trust account management and beneficiary servicing.
• Handle account maintenance, record keeping, reporting, and transaction processing with accuracy and high service levels.
• Perform multiple operations functions within a team, ensuring proficiency across roles and meeting performance standards.
• Act as a team resource, adjusting to volume, staffing, and team needs.
• Participate in and/or lead special projects, train associates, mentor others, and implement process improvements.
