Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Software Engineer to design, build, and enhance internal operational systems that support inventory, logistics, maintenance, reporting, and analytics.

You will gather requirements from non-technical stakeholders, translate them into scalable software solutions, and own projects from concept through deployment, leveraging AI automation and OCR capabilities to improve efficiency and decision-making across the business.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong full-stack development skills.
• Experience with backend technologies, databases, and APIs.
• Ability to translate business needs to technical solutions.
• Experience working with AI/automation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain internal business applications and operational systems
• Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions
• Develop tools for inventory management, production planning, job costing, and reporting
• Create dashboards, alerts, and analytics that improve visibility across the organization
• Build workflow automation and AI-powered solutions, including OCR and document processing
• Develop applications that support logistics, dispatch, maintenance, and asset management
