Job summary

Client Solution Architects (CSA) is seeking an Operations Support Technician to support our Navy Client on a program onsite in Pensacola, FL. The role focuses on maintaining data center environments, monitoring assets, and ensuring secure facilities access.

A Secret clearance or ability to obtain one is required. The position requires a High School Diploma (or equivalent), and 3 years of experience in software, systems, and processes, plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Description

Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking an Operations Support Technician to support our Navy Client on a program onsite in Pensacola, FL. The position will support the Navy Education Training Command (NETC) Data Center and Facilities Monitoring. Essential skills for this position include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, on-call availability, routine documentation, facility access/visitation, receiving, and DRMO of assets. For nearly 50 years, CSA has delivered integrated technology and operational support services to meet the defense and federal sector's most complex enterprise needs. Working from operations centers and shipyards to training sites and program offices, CSA deploys experienced teams, innovative tools and proven processes to advance federal missions.

How your role will make an impact

• Monitor data center environment.

Requirements

• 3 years of general experience in software, systems, and business processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
