Job summary

Client Solution Architects (CSA) in Pensacola, FL, seeks an Operations Support Technician to support the Navy NETC Data Center and Facilities Monitoring onsite. The role centers on maintaining data center health, asset status, and secure facility access while coordinating package receipt and DRMO processes.

You will provide on-call facilities support, review SOPs, and ensure logs and surveillance are current.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• CompTIA Security+ CE or similar IAT Level II DoD 8570 certification or qualifying Bachelor’s degree.
• 3 years of general experience in software, systems, and business processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking an Operations Support Technician to support our Navy Client on a program onsite in Pensacola, FL. The position will support the Navy Education Training Command (NETC) Data Center and Facilities Monitoring. Essential skills for this position include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, on-call availability, routine documentation, facility access/visitation, receiving, and DRMO of assets.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
