Job summary

Empower Behavioral Health in Midland, TX is seeking an Operations Support Supervisor to oversee RBT staff and day-to-day operations, including scheduling, payroll coordination, and clinic needs.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have a minimum of six (6) months of employment here at EBH and must be part of the Operations RBT track or be in a Lead RBT position.

Responsibilities

• Serve as direct manager for clinic location RBT staff.
• Oversee performance management system for direct reports, coordinating process between Ops, Clinical, and HR departments.
• Ensure EBH policies and procedures are followed consistently, and provide related feedback to staff.
• Provide tours for new potential patients and families.
• Conduct RBT interviews and make hiring recommendations.
• Execute on-site clinic events for staff and patients, including meetings.
• Complete weekly approval of payroll and billing.
• Manage location treatment schedule.
• Assist with operational issues within the clinics.
• Schedule meetings with clinical teams as needed.
• Promptly answer the questions of staff or point them in the appropriate direction.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain relationships with employees.
• Take inventory and order office supplies as needed.
• Update logs and order forms.
• Analyze all operations and forward suggestions for improvement to operations leaders.
• Other duties as assigned

Job Summary:

Education and Experience:

Required:
