Operations Support Specialist (5am - 2pm)

Position Overview

Flagger Force, an industry leader in traffic control, is currently hiring an Operations Support Specialist. This role is based in our operations services center at our interactive corporate campus in Hummelstown, PA.

The Operations Support Specialist is responsible for client order processing, ensuring alignment with company values, vision, and mission. This position plays a key role in maintaining high client satisfaction and supporting over 2,000 Flagger Force employees who work closely with our clients daily.

Schedule
  • Monday - Friday
  • 5:00am - 2:00pm
Primary Responsibilities
  • Assess client needs using active listening and critical thinking to ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment.
  • Allocate resources (field employees and equipment) to client orders with safety and efficiency in mind, minimizing client impact.
  • Investigate client issues promptly to apply effective solutions.
  • Use de-escalation techniques to address client and employee concerns empathetically.
  • Build trust and maintain communication between external employees and internal operations.
  • Participate in projects aimed at streamlining operations and reinforcing Flagger Force’s industry leadership.
  • Collaborate across departments within the Operations Service Center, Field Operations, and Corporate Services.
