Operations Support Specialist (5am - 2pm) (Transportation)

Flagger Force, an industry leader in traffic control, is currently hiring an Operations Support Specialist. This position will be based in our operations services center, part of our interactive corporate campus in Hummelstown, PA.

The Operations Support Specialist is primarily responsible for client order processing while acting in accordance with company values, vision, and mission. This role plays a critical role in maintaining a high degree of client satisfaction, as well as providing guidance and support to the 2,000+ Flagger Force employees who work side by side with our clients every day.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 5:00am - 2:00pm

Primary Responsibilities:
  1. Assess client needs by utilizing active listening and critical thinking skills to ensure orders are filled with accuracy and efficiency.
  2. Allocate proper resources (field employees and equipment) to client orders with precision and a safety-first mindset, while also limiting client impacts.
  3. Investigate client issues promptly and thoroughly to apply timely, effective solutions.
  4. Use de-escalation techniques to address client and employee issues empathetically.
  5. Represent the link between external employees and internal operations by establishing trust, relaying concerns, and building strong relationships.
  6. Participate in special projects focused on streamlining operations, innovation, and enhancing Flagger Force's reputation as an industry leader.
  7. Collaborate cross-functionally with all Operations Service Center departments, Field Operations, and Corporate Services.
