This role is responsible for executing operational reviews, certification activities, system administration, issue resolution, reporting, and compliance-related support. The Operations Support Officer identifies operational risks and concerns, supports timely resolution of issues, and contributes to initiatives that improve operational consistency, efficiency, and member service.
