Job summary

Maersk Warehousing and Distribution USA LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative for the Northlake facility. The role involves answering inbound calls, handling customer inquiries, and updating shipment data to ensure smooth dispatch and delivery.

You will monitor emails, follow up on status, and support Pilot stations and cartage agents while adhering to NCS procedures and internal guidelines. The position offers full benefits and a daytime shift within Monday–Friday hours.

Shift: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM or 10:00 AM-6:30 PM Monday–Friday

JOB SUMMARY:

The Customer Service 1 is responsible for answering incoming calls and providing excellent customer service. They monitor and respond to customer inquiries. They track, trace, enter, and update shipments.

Pay Range:

$21.00 per hour

*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
