Monro is seeking a Compliance Auditor in Norfolk, VA, who will evaluate and audit store operations while maintaining strong communication with the Field Leadership. The role involves significant travel and requires 4+ years of retail management experience and strong analytical skills.

Candidate should ideally be located in Norfolk, VA or Raleigh, NC.
Reporting to the Director of Operations Support, this individual will evaluate, inspect, audit, and determine the effectiveness of compliance and store operational tasks. This person will visit store locations daily and perform regularly scheduled audits, establishing credibility with the Monro Field Teammates and Field Leadership. Maintaining a positive and constructive attitude is critical as this role sits at the crossroads between the Store Support Center and Field Management.
Salary range: $68,000 - $85,000. Eligible for additional compensation and incentives. Pay will be determined based on experience level.
Participates in several focus areas, including Monro Forward initiatives, DM onboarding, inventory subject matter expertise, inventory analysis, safety compliance, building and equipment maintenance, and a compliance subject matter expert for major initiatives.
