Job summary

ITRCC is seeking an Operations Support Specialist in Granger, IN to verify all monies through the Liquidation Department and manage deposits. You will also assist in inventory management and returns for Toll Maintenance equipment, working closely with the Toll Operations and Finance teams.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy in cash handling, and coordination with warehouse for shipments, with responsibilities expanding across documenting paperwork and ensuring compliance with company CARES

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic math and computer skills (Microsoft Excel).
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Counts money from ATPM and Toll Collector deposits.
• Fills equipment used to give change to patrons from Automatic Toll Payment Machine (ATPM).
• Fills out paperwork and money bags program after each shift has ended.
• Performs preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Performs and maintains proper inventory levels for Toll Maintenance equipment.
• Completes and monitors Return Authorizations for Toll Maintenance.
• Coordinates with warehouse for shipments in and out in regards to Toll Maintenance equipment.
• All other duties as assigned.
