• Bachelor’s Degree.
• General knowledge of financial markets and investment products, specifically Equities, Options, and Fixed Income.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a high degree of attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt in fast paced environment with focus on innovation and flexibility.
• Efficient time management skills and ability to prioritize competing urgent tasks.
• Team player with the ability to work effectively in a team or independently.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply knowledge

• Strong reasoning and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing direct operational and client service support across the full trade lifecycle of the Fixed Income and Precious Metal order process.
• Entails heavy interaction with financial advisors, trading desks, and sales.
• Will be responsible for the day-to-day support of the trade lifecycle, including order entry exception management, trade adjustments, reconciliation and Precious Metals Operations.
• The team provides operational coverage to the trading, underwriting and structuring of securities executed in Fixed Income.
• This includes the trade capture, reconciliation, documentation and settlement of proprietary and liquidity transactions executed by various trading desks.
• The essential focus of this team is to ensure all operational risks are recognized and managed and that internal controls are complete and operating effectively.
