Job summary

Maersk Warehousing and Distribution USA LLC is seeking an Operations Support to handle frontline customer service, calls, and email inquiries. This role tracks, traces, enters, and updates shipments, while performing data entry and supporting Pilot stations and cartage agents.

Strong Excel and MS Office skills are essential. Location in Severn, MD with standard business hours and potential for flexible schedules.

Responsible for supporting final mile logistics operations across both B2B and B2C delivery channels. This role focuses on administrative and operational support, including billing, chargeback processing, invoice management, shipment recaps, and reporting.

Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office is essential for analyzing data, maintaining accurate records, and supporting daily operational activities.

JOB SUMMARY

Essential Functions

• Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service to all callers
• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries received through email
• Make outgoing calls to follow-up on shipment status, resolve issues, and update customers
• Track, trace, enter, and update shipments
• Data Entry
• Assist and support Pilot stations and cartage agents
• Master outside customer applications
• Follow published procedures and work instructions for NCS accounts and bring modifications to management’s attention
• Perform other duties as assigned

Pay Range

$21.00 - $23.50 per hour

*The above-stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
