Job summary

Maersk is seeking an Operations Support for our Lake City facility. The role handles incoming calls, tracks shipments, and responds to customer inquiries, with responsibilities including data entry and supporting Pilot stations and cartage agents. The position runs Monday–Friday, 9am–5:30pm, offering full benefits.

You will engage with customers to resolve issues, update shipment status, and follow established procedures while contributing to a seamless supply chain operation.

Pay

$23 - $25 per hour

The above-stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
