Responsibilities

• Gather information, organize work products, and track task progress on client engagements.
• Document processes, issues, and improvement ideas in operations and supply chain projects.
• Conduct research on business operations, market trends, and process performance.
• Assist in data collection and analysis using digital tools and AI-enabled apps
• Prepare presentation materials, meeting notes, and project summaries for internal and client use
• Support delivery by applying consulting methods to identify gaps and improve execution
• Observe client discussions to understand operational priorities and delivery expectations
• Coordinate routine follow-up actions and maintain organized project records
