The role interfaces with clients on-site and oversees planning, budgeting, and scheduling. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years in water transfer, experience in leadership, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of water transfer experience.
• Certified Fusion Technician (1+ year).
• Prior team or project management experience.
• Mechanical and equipment knowledge (pumps, valves, flow control).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with mobile reporting tools (smartphone, tablet, etc.).
• Ability to manage costs, schedules, and customer expectations.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Technical or engineering coursework a plus.
• 12-hour shifts; travel required; overtime and weekends.

We’re looking for experienced professionals who are ready to hit the ground running, join a growing operation, and put their skills to work from day one. As an Operations Supervisor, you’ll oversee all water transfer activities for a specific operator or account. You’ll lead a team of Field Supervisors, Senior Water Transfer Technicians, and Technicians—ensuring projects run safely, on schedule, and within budget. This is a key leadership role interfacing directly with customers.
